This is the story of how my roommate and best friend manipulated, controlled, sexually abused, and tormented me for several years, by entering into an online relationship with me - posing as a man named Matt.

The purpose of this website is meant to share a very personal story. It is not meant for pity or attention, but rather personal empowerment to share what happened to me, warn others about Jessica and have her face social consequences.

To my friends and family reading this, please don’t worry about me. I have had lots of time to heal since this happened, time to rebuild and reflect. I managed to go through all these years of Jessica, still get an undergraduate degree, a masters of science degree, and build a wonderful community and life despite all odds. Jessica was never able to fully break me, my spirit, and need to build myself a meaningful and full life… despite trying very hard.
